Morning Eggs

Greens2u Fluffy Morning Eggs


  • 2 large free range eggs
  • 30 mls. 10% or 18% cream
  • 20 grams of fresh cut and chopped Broccoli Microgreens
  • 10 grams of Fresh cut and chopped Radish Microgreens
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  • Mix eggs and cream together in a small mixing bowl
  • Beat Vigorously with stainless steel whisk or a fork until frothy
  • Warm up skillet/frypan to a medium heat on your stove
  • Add your favourite olive oil, butter, nonstick spray
  • Add your eggs to pan and continuously stir and scrap pan with spatula
  • As the eggs start to solidify add chopped Microgreens keep stirring
  • Save a tablespoon of Fresh Microgreens as a garnish when plating 
  • Keep stirring and cook to your desired consistency 
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Plate your eggs and add your microgreens garnish on top
